Ace of Spades

Shot and edited in my small apartment in downtown Bakersfield, I created a character whom I admire and adore. I wanted to evoke Lemmy Kilmister’s lyrics “…playin’ for the high one, dancin’ with the devil…” in the evergreen Ace of Spades. In this set of images I combined the styles and powers of Joan Jett, Marvel’s Gambit, and the aforementioned Lemmy into one stog-smoking, hard-hitting gambler.
